Videographer - Fitness/Bodybuilding Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Videographer / Content Creator to produce compelling visual content for our athletes, products, and events. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes fitness culture, understands the bodybuilding space, and knows how to capture cinematic, engaging content optimized for social media and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is comfortable filming in gyms, at expos, during athlete shoots, and while traveling to fitness events. You should have strong storytelling instincts, technical camera skills, and the ability to create fast-paced content that resonates with the fitness community. Responsibilities Film high-quality video content featuring sponsored athletes, influencers, workouts, and lifestyle content Travel to bodybuilding expos, fitness events, competitions, and brand activations Create engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid ads Capture product-focused content for supplements including protein powders, pre-workouts, creatine, amino acids, and more Edit videos with dynamic pacing, sound design, graphics, and transitions optimized for social engagement Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to execute creative campaigns Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment Stay current on fitness industry trends, social media styles, and emerging content formats Organize and archive footage for future campaigns and content use Assist with behind-the-scenes content and real-time event coverage Qualifications 2+ years of videography and editing experience (fitness or sports industry preferred) Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic and social-first content Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software Experience operating DSLR, mirrorless, and/or cinema cameras Understanding of lighting, audio capture, framing, and motion techniques Ability to shoot fast-paced gym environments and live events Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube content trends Passion for bodybuilding, fitness, and sports nutrition culture Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends for events Drone experience is a plus Photography skills are a plus Preferred Traits Self-starter with a strong creative eye Comfortable directing athletes and talent on camera Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Strong communication and organizational skills Deep understanding of fitness culture and social media storytelling A bit about us We are a fast-growing sports nutrition brand dedicated to helping athletes perform at their highest level.
