Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based assessments and treatments to a variety of patient groups within our Healthcare & Medical Services division. In this role, you will:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance functional outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and recovery strategies.
- Document patient progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
