Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (or equivalent)
• Valid state license as a Radiologic Technologist
• Proficiency with X-ray and general imaging procedures across diverse patient populations
• Experience operating imaging equipment, adhering to safety protocols
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with physicians, nurses, and patients
• Attention to detail and an aptitude for maintaining precise records
• BLS certification preferred
• Previous hospital or clinical experience desirable

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized radiologic procedures according to physician orders
• Prepare and position patients to ensure safety and optimal imaging results
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate X-ray and radiology equipment
• Uphold rigorous standards of infection control and patient confidentiality
• Accurately document and update patient records in accordance with facility protocols
• Communicate exam findings promptly to radiologists and medical staff
• Assist with managing patient flow and scheduling within the department
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout the imaging process
