Strategic Account Manager - Arizona

Abbott seeks a Strategic Account Manager for its Arizona region to develop and execute health system strategies for cancer diagnostics solutions. The role involves building partnerships with integrated delivery networks, healthcare systems, and key stakeholders to drive adoption and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze integrated delivery networks and healthcare ecosystems to identify opportunities for improved clinical decision-making and patient access
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for health systems, partnering with physicians, administrators, and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare leaders and policy makers to uncover needs and support objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams on implementation
- Leverage market intelligence and healthcare data to identify opportunities, measure results, and communicate insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, Science, or related field
- 6+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in healthcare (diagnostics, surgical, pharmaceutical)
- 2+ years of experience navigating or selling to IDNs, health systems, or academic institutions
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions, revocations, or invalid status
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Compensation: $99,300–$198,700 base
