Lactation Consultant - PRN

Role Overview Responsible for delivering high-quality education programs and activities that promote patient and community health throughout the life cycle, as well as supporting individual staff development based on identified learning needs to enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement educational initiatives tailored to patient and staff needs, fostering health promotion and professional growth. Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate effective learning experiences. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a specialty area or 1 year of education experience. Valid RN licensure (Georgia State or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure). Preferred certifications include IBCLC or breastfeeding counselor certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
