Software Implementation Project Manager (Construction) – Indianapolis, IN Take the lead on a high-visibility software implementation that will modernize how a growing construction company operates. Why This Role Is a Great Fit for You Own a full-cycle implementation with strong executive visibility Make a measurable impact on operations, efficiency, and scalability Work cross-functionally with field teams, finance, and leadership Gain hands‑on experience with construction technology platforms (ERP & PM tools) Step into a role with high autonomy and decision‑making influence Join a company investing in digital transformation and long‑term growth Build out processes, frameworks, and best practices that will last beyond the project Collaborate directly with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive adoption What You’ll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end software implementation , from planning through go-live Manage project scope, timeline, risks, and budget to ensure successful delivery Coordinate between business teams, leadership, and external vendors Oversee data migration, configuration, testing, and training Drive change management and user adoption efforts What You Bring Experience leading software or ERP implementations Strong project management background (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Experience with construction tools like Procore, Sage, or Viewpoint is a plus Compensation Base Salary: $105,000 – $120,000 + bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Creative Financial Staffing
