Job Title Marketing Manager 1 – Samsung Care+ Customer Acquisition & Retention Location Plano, TX Overview Drive marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention for Samsung's mobile experience offerings. Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote Samsung Care+ services and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies focusing on customer acquisition and retention. Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, and creative services to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts. Partner with MX Marketing to manage and oversee the execution of campaigns across digital, social media, and email channels. Align brand strategy with retail channel execution to optimize product performance. Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and achieve business objectives. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in device protection, technology, or mobile industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision‑making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (preferred). Strong stakeholder management and business analysis capabilities.
