Accounting Clerk

Benefits: This position is eligible for health, dental, vision and 401(K) benefits. Pay: $18-20/HR Responsibilities: Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, collections follow-up, and aging report review. Maintain accurate financial records and assist with account reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist with preparing financial reports related to AP and AR functions. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes. Provide support during audits and other accounting-related inquiries. Qualifications: Previous accounting, bookkeeping, AP, AR, or accounting clerk experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
