Laundry Aide

Harborview at Lansdale - NOW HIRING – LAUNDRY AIDE Schedule: 7 am - 3 pm | 3 pm - 11 pm Harborview at Lansdale is looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Aide to join our team! As a Laundry Aide, you will play an important role in ensuring our residents have clean clothing, linens, and towels. RESPONSIBILITIES Pick up and collect soiled laundry Wash, dry, fold, hang, and distribute resident clothing Collect, wash, dry, and redistribute bed linens and towels Deliver clean laundry to residents and designated areas Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and safe Safely use facility equipment and laundry chemicals Follow all facility policies and procedures, including the Environmental Care Manual and Disaster Manual Follow all safety procedures when handling laundry chemicals and equipment Protect resident rights, confidentiality, and privacy Remain aware of and follow Resident Abuse Reporting requirements Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, coworkers, and facility staff Report family or resident concerns to the Supervisor promptly Adjust to changes in shift assignments or responsibilities based on facility needs Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work safely and follow directions Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, supportive, and respectful communication skills Ability to maintain resident confidentiality Willingness to follow facility policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
