Litigation Associate – Washington, D.C.

Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a 2nd–4th year Litigation Associate to join its sophisticated Litigation Practice Group in Washington, D.C. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong academic credentials and complex commercial litigation experience to work on high-level matters in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting.
• Assist with all phases of litigation and case strategy.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on sophisticated matters.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of litigation experience.
• Complex commercial litigation experience required.
• Must be a current member of the DC Bar .
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong writing skills.
• Current judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.

Location

Washington, D.C.

Compensation

$235,000 – $455,000 , depending on class year and experience, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.
