Inside Sales Representative

Position – Inside Sales Representative

Job Location – New Berlin, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Regular, Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (9:00am – 5:00 pm)

Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $20-$25 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience with Inside Sales or Customer Service

In this position, the sales representative is not responsible for finding new leads and/or sales opportunities. Rather, the sales representative is provided with leads that they are required to follow up on. They also work with current customers to help solve issues as needed.

Responsibilities

-Assist potential customers in choosing the right product for their needs, providing accurate product information and pricing.

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and data entry into a CRM system.

-Send quotes to warm leads and follow up as needed.

-Help customers and electricians with diagnosing and troubleshooting technical and electrical issues.

-Keep up with electrical standards and product applications through ongoing study.-

-Other duties as needed

Qualifications

-HS Diploma/GED required

-1+years of Sale experience, technical support, or customer service

-Strong willingness/understanding of electrical concepts and a technical product line

-Strong attention to detail, patient, and a team player

-Professional phone and written etiquette
