Office Administrator –(Temp | Potential Temp-to-Hire) Location: San Francisco, CA 94105 (Fully Onsite) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Rate: $30–$32/hour Employment Type: Temporary (1-2 months with a chance to convert) Industry: Real Estate Start Date: ASAP (urgent need) Our client in the real estate industry is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Office Administrator to support daily office operations in their San Francisco office. This role is fully onsite and plays a critical part in ensuring the office runs smoothly while providing a welcoming experience for employees and visitors. Job Responsibilities Serve as the front desk and first point of contact for guests, visitors, and vendors Support day-to-day office administration and overall office operations Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses using Yardi and Concur Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, and kitchen inventory Coordinate office lunches, employee events, and culture initiatives Liaise with vendors, building management, and property/security teams Maintain organized records, trackers, and office documentation Provide backup administrative support to executive and admin staff as needed Qualifications Prior experience in an office administrator, office coordinator, or similar role Real estate or property management experience is a plus, not required Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Friendly, approachable, and professional communication style High attention to detail and strong follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with Yardi and/or Concur is a plus Degree a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
