Ability to solder, experience preferred but will train if necessary.Quality Control: Inspect components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any defects or issues promptly.Component Preparation: Gather and prepare all necessary components, parts, and materials required for the assembly process.Workstation Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and well-maintained, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.Product Testing: Assist in product testing and quality assurance processes to verify functionality and performance.Documentation: Accurately record production and assembly data, including quantities produced, defects encountered, and other relevant information.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and resolve any assembly-related challenges.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.Training: Participate in training programs to stay updated on assembly techniques, product knowledge, and safety procedures.This is what will get you noticed:High school diploma or equivalent education.Previous experience in assembly work or manufacturing is beneficial but not always necessary; on-the-job training may be provided.Basic understanding of using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment.Ability to follow work instructions and specifications.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Physical dexterity and the ability to work with small components for extended periods.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Willingness to adapt to changes in production processes and work with a positive attitude.What we offer:Paid leave benefitsGroup Health & Life InsuranceEmployer benefits including - Dental and Vision401K (4% match)Supplemental InsuranceHours/Pay: Full-time 40 hours, business hours Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm.
