As a Wire Harness Assembler, you will be an integral part of our success and growth. This role is responsible for building wire harness products, and more. 1st & 2nd shift openings available.Job Responsibilities:Build wire harness from documentationCrimp terminals on wireRead, understand and utilize various engineering and manufacturing documents including bills of materials, wire lists, etc.Make harnesses on harness boards utilizing schematics, 2D documents, and engineering part numbersIdentify issues with reports and work with engineering to correct issuesDocument QC and problem resolution logsMaintain a safe, organized and efficient work areaAssist in 5S and Lean activities as requiredIdentify and assist in process improvement measuresAssist in training measures as neededAssist in other areas of manufacturing as neededEnsure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organizationQualifications:High school education or equivalentProficiency using precision measurement tools (tape measure, ruler, etc.)Experience working in an ISO environment preferredHigh motivation level and ability to multi-taskAbility to work with independently with limited supervisionAbility to work well with othersStrong attention to detail, organization and time management skillsSafety awareness and practiceGood math and communication skillsDemonstrated computer skillsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English without the aid of an interpreterAbility to work overtime depending on workloadPhysical Requirements:Visual acuity (wire color and small print on wire)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive Hourly Pay: $18.50-$21.00 DOEComprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Life Insurance, Disability, ADD, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays, ESST.
