Senior Information Governance Analyst

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an experienced and driven Data Governance Analyst to join the DC office of a successful global law firm. This role works closely with the practice groups and other stakeholders to maintain and improve governance capabilities to allow the firm to best achieve their strategic goals. Responsibilities Manage and monitor the Information Governance processes Enforce compliance and data security for all records Design lifecycle and deposition processes for electronic files and systems Liaise with attorneys to execute legal holds and manage compliance requests Assist the IG Manager with team training, workflow management, and other projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a data related field 4+ years in a technical data management role Experience in a large law firm or other professional services firm is strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Purview, Mimecast, Fresh Service, SharePoint, and/or workflow automation tools strongly preferred Knowledge on maintaining and supporting Document Management Systems (DMS) and MS Office Compensation $95K+ DOE Location Requirements Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
