As a Southern Star technician, you will be more than a service provider; you will be a technology ambassador, enhancing the way customers interact with technology. Compensation: Base Pay and Commissions: Start with a competitive hourly rate and earn commissions. Performance Incentives: Boost your earnings with performance bonuses. First-Year Potential: Earn between $50,000 - $60,000 or more in your first year. Experienced Technicians: Earn between $60,000 - $85,000+ annually. Training and Growth: Paid Training: Comprehensive training to ensure your success. Support: Continuous support to help you achieve your career goals. Role Requirements: Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge and the ability to scale ladders up to 38 ft and navigate crawl spaces. Sales: Ability to upsell while installing DISH systems. Time Management: Effective time management skills.
