Seeking a customer focused person with great attention to detail and communication skills!

In this full time, long term, position you will be responsible for the following tasks...

- Handling incoming calls and emails

- Providing a positive customer experience, helping to resolve issues and retain customers

- Tracking account information in Excel

- Connecting with customers with overdue balances

- Computer documentation of calls

- Escalating calls for dispute resolution

- Verification of payments and researching misapplied payments

- Coverage of front desk during breaks, lunches, etc.

This position requires good written/verbal communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, experience with MS Word and Excel, as well as a calm, professional, demeanor.
