Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dish areas, contributing to a safe and efficient food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes by hand or using a commercial dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards in dish and kitchen areas.
• Transfer supplies and assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures.

• Previous dishwashing or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to cleanliness, safety, and detail.

• Foodservice experience.
• Retail and customer service skills.
• Experience in food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Housekeeping and general labor experience.

Enjoy consistent work hours with a steady workload, supporting residents rather than dealing with new customers daily. Experience a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Work Environment

Work mid-shift hours from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends required. Be open to overtime opportunities as needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
