Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist) Salary Range: $45-$50 per hour Employment Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation Job Summary: As a Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist), you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses and improve their overall physical function and mobility. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to help patients achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve their physical function and mobility Educate patients and their families on proper exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement new techniques and technologies as appropriate Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of patient care Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work weekends as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
