Many of our kitchen team members started right where you're standing — and we love to promote from within.What You'll Do as a Dishwasher:Keep the dish station running — wash, sanitize, and organize throughout your shiftBus tables and keep the front and back of house clean and stockedTake out trash and handle general kitchen cleaning dutiesOpen and close the dish station following proper sanitation proceduresReceive and put away deliveries — produce, paper goods, dry goodsJump in to help the kitchen team when neededOperate kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyBe a reliable, positive presence on the team every single shiftWhat We're Looking For:Positive attitude and a strong work ethic — that's the main thingReliableAbility to stay on your feet and move fast during busy periodsTeam player who takes pride in keeping things clean and running rightNo prior experience required — we'll train youMust be 18 years of age or olderCompensation & Benefits:Tip pool (~$5–7/hr average) + performance bonusUp to $22.00 per hourHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)+Company Match (We help invest in your future)Sick timeMeal credit on shift, employee discount off shiftShoes for Crews reimbursementPart-Time PositionThe Path: We promote from within — aggressively.
