Pay Rate: $18.50$19.00 per hour Location: Mesa, AZ 100% Onsite Assignment Length: 3+ months

Position Summary

The Escrow Support Processor provides centralized clerical and administrative support for residential escrow transactions. This role processes a high volume of documents related to opening and closing escrow files, allowing branch offices to focus on customer-facing activities.

This is strictly a behind-the-scenes processing position. The Escrow Support Processor does not communicate directly with branch offices, customers, real estate agents, or lenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume residential escrow documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Set up, organize, maintain, and update escrow files.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Follow established escrow procedures, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize multiple assignments while meeting strict production deadlines.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete additional clerical and processing duties as assigned.

Schedule and Overtime Requirements

Schedules may vary based on business needs. Availability for overtimeincluding extended weekday hours and occasional weekendsis a condition of employment and an essential function of this position. Overtime may be required during month-end processing, peak-volume periods, and other high-demand periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to make sound decisions.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and workloads.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to follow established procedures and instructions.
• Familiarity with escrow procedures and regulations is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
