Registered Client Service Associate

An independent advisory team with over $400MM AUM based in Newport Beach, CA is hiring a Registered Client Service Associate to their growing team. Our client is seeking a polished and organized professional with some experience in all areas of client and advisor support to join a successful and growing wealth management firm. Some of the responsibilities would be: Manage all client inquiries and ad hoc requests such as account information, reporting, check request, wire/fund transfers and other account services requests. Work closely with the financial advisors to help them prepare for client meetings and ensuring that they have the most relevant information Complete all tasks related to the opening of new accounts, the transfer of accounts and closed account processing for the advisor's client base Coordinate and process all paperwork as needed for accounts and client relationship Maintain all client information and account records according to our electronic archiving procedure Document all client servicing activities on our portfolio management system according to firm procedures Requirements 3+ years of experience in client service with an RIA or financial advisory practice Series 7 and 66 licenses Knowledge of financial services and investments industry Polished and organized Excellent verbal and written communication is required Attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong initiative and work ethic, and an ability to work both within a team and on a self directed basis This practice offers competitive compensation and benefits, an inviting work culture, and opportunities for career growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr TalentWealth
