If you enjoy meeting new people, working in a fun and fast-paced environment, and creating memorable experiences for our guests, we want you on our team!Come be part of the Cock 'N Bull family and help make every guest's visit a great one!Requirements:Excellent hospitality, communication and listening skillsAbility to work with a teamAvailability to work days, evenings, weekendsAbility to regularly lift and carry traysMust be 16 or older for Host positionEssential duties and responsibilities:Follow the established guest service standards at all times.Maintain a general knowledge of all menus and various dining events.Maintain a general knowledge of all Peddler's Village restaurants and various dining events.Cooperate with co-workers, working as a team player to satisfy every guest.Maintain a positive attitude and a warm, friendly manner when interacting with guests and co-workers.Maintain a working knowledge of the dining rooms, stations, cover counts.Maintain neatness and organization of the front-of-the-house and lobby areas.Maintain safe and clean work areas.Direct guests as appropriate. Handle guest complaints or problem situations maturely and responsibly.Perform special duties as assigned.
