Crack Open the Possibilities Part-Time Sales Merchandiser/Representative

Location: East Valley Phoenix, AZ

The Sales Merchandiser position includes being an ambassador of Southwest Specialty Egg focusing on the Eggland's Best brand, and the liaison to retail stores and its customers. The applicant would be accountable to perform all service, selling, marketing and merchandising activities in their territory. Position Accountabilities

Provide high quality service to the assigned sales territory as required to meet specific store needs.

• Merchandise and pack out our products according to company standards.
• Identify, present, and sell to store management opportunities to increase store sales.
• Identify stores in the sales territory that are not current customers.
• Monitor competitive activities in the territory and communicate to sales manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience in grocery/retail industry
• Experience in Merchandising preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible part time hours.
• Ability and willingness to perform repeated bending and lifting of up to 50 pounds, sometimes in close quarters.
• Ability to engage in conversation and communicate with people at all levels.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude when dealing with customers and co-workers.
• Must have limited use of EXCEL and have access to computer with Excel software to complete weekly mileage report and order point of sale material.
• Must have a cell phone.
• Must be capable of working independently and be very organized.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have valid driver's license
• Must have proof of residency.
