SUMMARY

Accurately perform various return materials authorization (RMA) transactions in Syteline and the physical movement of product and its paperwork. The team member will demonstrate a contribution to the growth of a team environment and will be expected to meet all responsibilities listed below in a quality and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Physically identify, sort, label and prepare to ship or receive in a timely manner.

• Obtain return materials authorization numbers from vendors and do follow up calls by phone, fax, or e-mail.

• Match, prepare and transact credit memos.

• Ensure all products identified on the purchase order or return materials authorization have been included.

• Prepare reports and spreadsheets as requested using Word and Excel software programs.

• Properly maintain organization and cleanliness of the Recovery area.

• Data Entry in Syteline to ship, receive and transfer inventory.

• Maintain files.

Teamwork:

• Willingness to be flexible to move to different parts of the materials environment or organization to assist areas in need of additional resources.

• Ability to work well with a diverse group of co-workers, assist in training of other members and promote a strong team effort to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel.

• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.

• Adequate phone and general office/warehouse abilities.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.

• Ability to work up to 8-hour shifts, including overtime as needed.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
