Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a smooth intake process
• Obtain patient vital signs and update medical records accurately
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures
• Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments
• Provide patient education and address basic questions in English and Spanish
• Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar clinical support role
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and administrative tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Skills & Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant program is a plus
• Both full-time and flexible schedule options available, with work hours Monday through Friday, 7:50 am to 5:00 pm
• Experience in a clinical setting in the region is preferred
