Department: Front of House Employment Type: PT Reports To: General Manager Wage Category: Non-Exempt The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all pool guests. This role provides customer service, maintains pool deck cleanliness, monitors facility rules, and supports daily pool operations. The Pool Attendant helps promote guest safety and enhances the overall pool experience. In this role you will verify resident access, check coolers, bags, and other items residents bring to the pool area to abide by liquor law guidelines. What you’ll bring High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions. Basic understanding of pool safety. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Minimum Qualifications At least one (1) year of previous customer service experience is preferred. Physical Demands and Work Environment Work with long periods of standing, outdoor pool setting. Ability to stand, walk, bend and reach for extended periods. Exposed to direct sun outdoors, water, pool chemicals and weather elements. Location and Travel Position will be based in Nashville, TN; Brier Creek, NC; Pflugerville, TX; or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
