Document all call interactions in the customer database. Handle customer complaints with empathy and elevate issues as necessary. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services. Assist customers in placing or modifying orders and processing payments. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
