We invest in our employees by providing industry-leading training, career growth opportunities, and outstanding benefits.What You'll DoAfter completing training, you'll become the primary point of contact for customers by installing commercial dishwashers and related equipment at restaurants and other food service facilities.Responsibilities include:Install commercial dishwashing equipment at customer locationsEnsure equipment is installed safely and operating properlyTrain customers on the proper use and operation of their equipmentTroubleshoot basic installation issuesBuild strong customer relationships through outstanding serviceDrive a company vehicle to customer locations throughout your routeWhat You'll ReceiveFirst-Year Earnings: $65,000–$75,000+ including overtime and on-call payConsistent Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (40–50 hours per week)Paid Training: Learn a skilled trade with hands-on training and ongoing developmentCareer Growth: Opportunities to advance into Route Service, Sales, Training, and Leadership positionsOutstanding BenefitsVacation: Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year, accrued each pay periodPaid Sick Time: Up to 40 hours per yearPaid Holidays: 6 company-observed holidays + 1 floating holidayComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, company-paid life and disability coverage, voluntary benefits, pre-tax savings accounts (FSA), and employee discounts.What We're Looking ForMechanically inclined with an interest in hands-on workComfortable using hand and power toolsConstruction, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, automotive, military, or other mechanical experience is a plusStrong customer service and communication skillsValid driver's license held for at least 3 yearsAbility to participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one weekday per month and one weekend every six weeks)Physical RequirementsLift and move equipment weighing up to 75 poundsFrequently bend, kneel, squat, and climbDrive throughout the workdayWork both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWhy Auto-Chlor?At Auto-Chlor, you're not just starting another job—you're building a career.
