Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or technical education preferred
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification or equivalent experience required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Experience conducting audits and supporting quality initiatives
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic database applications
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience preferred
• Calibration program experience preferred

Job Duties

• Conduct process, product, and finished goods audits
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to leadership
• Support corrective action activities and verify effectiveness
• Assist with plant calibration programs and maintain calibration records
• Review calibration results and identify out-of-tolerance conditions
• Monitor and maintain Certificate of Analysis (COA) documentation
• Support cleanroom ambient monitoring activities
• Partner with production teams to drive quality improvements
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform inspection activities throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift products or materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment with accuracy.
• Ability to maintain visual focus and attention to detail while inspecting products in manufacturing or warehouse environments.

What You Will Do


As a Quality Inspector you will inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications. You will use precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify nonconforming materials, support corrective actions, and help maintain quality records while promoting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
