## Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.

• Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance and repairs.

• Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease agreements in a timely and professional manner.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property services and improvements.

• Prepare and manage the property budget, including rent collection and expense tracking.

• Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.

• Maintain accurate records of property operations, tenant communications, and financial transactions.

  Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in property management or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of property management principles and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
