Internet Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an Internet Marketing Coordinator who is a creative, self-starter driven individual who can efficiently assist and maneuver the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution. Essential to the job are both a customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences. You will assist the Marketing Manager with implementing marketing solutions and practices. You will also assist in developing and executing social media strategies with engaging content to optimize company online presence and foster community interaction while driving website traffic and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement. Responsibilities Conduct marketing research according to company's need in order to identify industry trends, opportunities for promotion and growth. Actively track and engage with customer feedback and reviews on platforms like Trustpilot and online communities such as Reddit to ensure timely responses and maintain a positive online presence. Develop and implement marketing strategy according to objectives and budget. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification. Set up and optimize website/company pages within each social media platform to increase the visibility of company's social content. Help with other project or tasks as needed. Key Skills Must have a positive attitude with excellent multitasking ability, time management skills, and organizational proficiency. Must be attentive to detail, have problem solving capabilities, and be versatile to change Customer oriented focus with strong verbal and written communication skills Social networking experience and knowledge or social analytics tools Knowledge of online marketing, market research techniques, and good understanding of major marketing Knowledge of social media, web analytics, and keyword search Job Qualification BA/BS - Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Relevant Field 1+ year Marketing 1+ Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, X, TIK TOK, WeChat) Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strategies.
