About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Strategy, Planning, and Operations within its Global Fraud and Communication Solutions. This executive will act as a Chief of Staff and strategic partner, driving business planning, operational execution, and executive governance across a complex global organization. The role involves building and stewarding global prioritization processes, multi-year strategic plans, and ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating forecasting and planning processes, managing business operations, and leading high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. Strong collaboration, influencing skills, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous environments are essential. The VP will also be involved in cross-functional transformation initiatives and support business integration efforts related to acquisitions. Applicants for the VP position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or related leadership roles, with at least 5 years' supporting senior executives. The role requires a proven track record in strategic planning, business operations, forecasting, and performance management, as well as experience in leading large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree, with an MBA being preferred, and possess strong technical skills in executive reporting, business storytelling, and business planning. Experience in fraud solutions, communication solutions, financial services, data, technology, or related industries is also a plus. The role demands a professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to optimize cross-functional ways of working to meet or exceed organizational objectives.
