Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.63 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and help to verify that visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries follow location procedures for entry and movement throughout the property. Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, unusual conditions, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel and assisting with security‑related requests as directed. Minimum Requirements: Vaccinations are required for this hospital location. A minimum of 6 months of security‑related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
