Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, and business development initiatives. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, participating in promotional activities, and developing practical marketing, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Present products and services clearly and professionally.
Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
Participate in promotional events and community outreach programs.
Build positive relationships with customers and prospective clients.
Follow up with prospective customers to support business opportunities.
Assist with promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources.
Help coordinate daily promotional activities and schedules.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and marketing activities.
Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members.
Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and business goals.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, outgoing, and professional personality.
Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or promotions is a plus but not required.
