Licensed Therapist PositionCARE Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team in Mankato, MN. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care Team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.This position is based onsite with flexibility for telehealth sessions at home. Benefits and eligibility may vary by role.Required Qualification:Master's-level clinician licensed in Minnesota as an LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT. Licenses must be active and unrestrictedPreferred Qualifications:2+ years of professional experience providing behavioral health services, post master's degreeExperience providing outpatient therapy to individuals and/or familiesExperience conducting diagnostic assessmentsExperience with treatment planningExperience maintaining a caseloadExperience entering pertinent information in Electronic Health Record (EHR) SystemsExperience using athenaOne (formerly Athena EMR)Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and ExcelPay Range: $69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target payAnnual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay (00/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
