People Operations CoordinatorAs a People Operations Coordinator at Ashby, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all of our employees have the best possible experience working here. You will work closely with our People Operations team focusing on the day-to-day execution of various operations and tasks ranging from data entry, process creation and event booking. You'll be involved in Onboarding, Offsites and Organizational updates.What you'll do at Ashby:Provide operational support and maintain accurate employee data and files across all systems in accordance with state and federal lawsProvide administrative support to Ashby's people processes, including but not limited to new hire onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, etc.Assist with planning and coordination of Ashby culture events, both virtual and in-personDocument people process changes as neededMaintain high level of confidentiality and discretion in the handling of sensitive informationBuilding out people process workflows in Ashby to continuously improve our business effectivenessYou could be a great fit if you:Investigate problems to determine root causes and define robust solutionsAre detail-oriented, especially when it comes to data qualityWork independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyAre an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writingAre team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to solving problemsRecognize that Sensitive/confidential information must be handled compliantlyHave experience with the use of HRIS, like Gusto, ADP, DeelBonus points if you:Have experience working in a Human Resources functionHave qualifications in Human ResourcesHave worked in a SaaS CompanyThis role may not be a fit if:You're uncomfortable with ambiguity: You prefer well defined assignments.You don't enjoy repetitive workYou prefer focused work on a single project at a timeInterview Process:Recruiter Screen with Talent Acquisition Team - 30 minutesHiring Manager Interview - 45 minutesTake Home Assignment - 1 hourVirtual Onsite - 2 hoursBenefits:Competitive salary and equity.10-year exercise window for stock options.
