URGENT: Housekeeper Wanted - Monthly Housekeeper Needed - 2 Br Downtown San Diego Apartment - $30/Hr

We're looking for a reliable housekeeper for our 2-bedroom, ~1,200 sq. ft. apartment in downtown San Diego (92101). The apartment is well maintained, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in detailed, consistent work. Tasks include:

Clean the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room
Kitchen surfaces and exterior of appliances
Dusting
Vacuuming
Mopping
General surface cleaning and tidying
Balcony sweep if time allows

Not needed: Inside oven, refrigerator, cabinets, windows, laundry, or organizing. We have one friendly cat, and guest parking can be provided with advance notice. We need the first cleaning next week and would like to continue with monthly cleanings if it's a good fit. Pay: $30/hour (approximately 3.5–4 hours). If everything goes well, I'm happy to discuss a flat monthly rate for ongoing cleanings.
