Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
