What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential HVAC service and maintenance experience EPA 608 Certification (required) — NATE certification is a strong plus Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, gas furnaces, package units) Comfortable communicating clearly with homeowners and explaining repair options Clean driving record (we'll run an MVR) Able to pass a background check and drug screen Available Monday–Friday, with occasional nights and weekends during peak season Live within commuting distance of Argyle, TX (76226) or willing to relocate We hire good humans who care about doing the job right and treating customers like family.
