Mid-Level Corporate and Finance Tax Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly motivated mid-level transactional tax associate to join its dynamic and growing tax practice in Boston, MA. The associate will engage in sophisticated corporate, partnership, and international tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex transactions. Responsibilities Work on domestic and cross-border tax matters. Draft, review, and negotiate tax aspects of transactional documents. Collaborate with senior associates, counsel, and partners. Provide analytical and research support on tax issues. Requirements Minimum of three years of relevant transactional tax experience. Experience from a large law firm, Big Four national tax practice, or IRS National Office preferred. Outstanding analytical, research, and writing skills. Strong academic credentials.
