Job Details Job Location: Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital-Arizona - Phoenix, AZ 85054 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Any Job Category: Technicians Job Responsibilities Patient Care & Safety: Greets and transports patients; prepares and positions patients and equipment for treatment; performs routine treatment activities under therapist direction; reports patient responses or concerns; prioritizes patient safety and completes required safety logs. Department Support: Maintains clean treatment areas and equipment; inventories and orders supplies and linens; performs clerical and FDC duties as needed; follows department cleaning schedules and Brooks policies. Communication & Customer Service: Communicates respectfully and professionally with patients, families, coworkers, and other customers; adapts communication to individual needs and abilities; responds to customer needs and promotes satisfaction. Teamwork & Professionalism: Works collaboratively with others, supports team efforts, addresses conflicts appropriately, maintains professional competency, and represents Brooks positively. Flexibility & Accountability: Accepts direction and constructive feedback; adapts to changes in routines and responsibilities; completes assignments accurately and timely; assumes additional duties as delegated.
