Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including medical gas, breathing therapy modalities, and medication administration. Guide patients by supervising care and breathing treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients, dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Qualifications Current State License in Respiratory Therapy. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred. Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
