Associate District Manager

Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) ADP is hiring a Sales Representative to close sales and win new business within a defined territory. You will attend a comprehensive training program and work with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions. Responsibilities Close sales and win business within a defined, protected territory to reach sales goals. Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ambassador to clients and internal partners. Build relationships with HR and executive decision‑makers, set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. Manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, document progress, and ensure implementation of solutions. Cross‑sell additional ADP products to existing accounts. Required Qualifications Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call without fear of rejection. Experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales and a proven track record of closing sales. College degree preferred but not required; alternative experience: 3+ years of B2B sales, preferably field sales, or military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building skills. Aspirational, thrives under pressure, and can exceed sales quotas. Preferred Qualifications Experience building a network and using social media for sales. Benefits Competitive base salary ($54,300–$117,400) plus bonus, equity, or commissions.
