Cooley Dickinson’s VNA & Hospice is also a vital part of our network, providing home-based services throughout Hampshire and Franklin counties.**Job Summary**Summary: Responsible for planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of body part. They will be responsible for Physical Therapy Student and Physical Therapy Assistants as well as training new staff as needed.
