Zion, GA (Mt. Zion Boulevard) Stockbridge, GA (Hudson Bridge Road) Locust Grove, GA (Leguin Mill Road) Flintstone, GA (Mount Carmel Road) Responsibilities Work Monday – Friday, full‑time employment Execute lesson plans and curriculum Maintain licensing requirements Complete required assessments and observations Communicate with parents and address their needs Maintain cleanliness in the classroom Engage in enjoyable learning experiences for children These responsibilities are typical for our common positions; we can discuss additional responsibilities for less common roles. Qualifications CDA, TCC, or Associate’s degree CPR/First Aid certification Experience working with children ages 0–13 Willingness to train and develop professionally Benefits 50% discount on preschool or afterschool tuition First eight weeks of tuition for two children free at time of hire Monthly incentive bonuses (up to $160, based on enrollment) Quarterly incentive bonuses ($250 for each full quarter of employment) Paid holidays and time off Health, vision, dental, life insurance and other voluntary plans Minimum essential coverage plan 529 college savings plan Individual retirement plan Scholarships for staff and director credentials Free first aid and CPR training Meals provided during student lunch time Employee snack and coffee station
