Typical Experience

Individuals with experience in sales positions, particularly as leaders or trainers, who have consistently met targets, will be prioritized, especially in direct sales contexts. The ability to lead and motivate others is critical, as you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of your team.

• Experience in a sales position, either as a leader or trainer.
• Proven sales results (high or low ticket products).
• Evidence that you’ve inspired and led a team of sales representatives.
• High school graduation is good, but not essential. We’re looking for character, appetite and attitude…and proof you can hit your goals.
• College and university graduates are very welcome.
