Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Overview Quality Engineer Description Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Cleveland, is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their team. This position plays an important role in maintaining product standards and supporting quality processes across the plant. The role is based fully on-site and will work closely with production and engineering teams to address issues, improve systems, and ensure compliance with quality requirements. Location : Southwest Cleveland, OH (100% on-site) Salary : $85,000 - $95,000 + up to 10% Bonus + Benefits Job Type : Full-Time Core Hours : M-F, 7am-4pm / 8am-5pm Start Date : ASAP Relocation Assistance : Not Available Responsibilities Drive overall product and process quality across manufacturing operations Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality standards Lead problem-solving efforts, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements Partner with suppliers, production teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure quality objectives are met Support new product development and validation from a quality perspective Train and coach employees on quality processes and best practices Prepare for and participate in internal and external quality audits Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required Quality experience in a manufacturing environment required Must be able to work 100% on-site in Cleveland, OH Company Functions Job function: Quality Assurance and Engineering Industries: Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr #twiceasnice Recruiting
