We are a well-known mechanical contractor in the Los Angeles area, looking for a Mid to Senior Mechanical HVAC Project Manager to join our office. Responsibilities of Project Manager (HVAC): Ensure effective tracking of sub-contractors, foreman, labor and materials for the budget and schedule Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and other Sub-trades Daily site visits Requirements forProject Manager (HVAC): 4 to 15 years or more of commercial HVAC Project Management experience Preferred: Bachelor’sDegree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Prior fieldexperience in commercial HVAC Experience with MS Project, BlueBeam, MS Excel, among others Local in the Los Angeles Area #J-18808-Ljbffr Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC
