Overview Scraper-Heavy Equipment Operator — Type: Full time; Salary: DOE The Scraper-Heavy Equipment Operator is required to excavate, move, grade, and/or compact earth under general supervision of a Field Foreman in a safe, effective, and appropriate manner. Routine maintenance and repair to equipment in addition to other duties are also required. Heavy equipment may include trucks, front-end loaders, scrapers, dozers, graders, compactors, snowblowers and other pieces of equipment. The Scraper-Heavy Equipment Operator must also clean and ensure all equipment is in proper condition. Martin Construction Inc. uses CAT Models and will be expected to operate 627\'s, 637\'s and 657\'s. Preferred at least 6 months of experience. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment to excavate, move, grade, and compact earth under supervision. Perform routine maintenance and repair on equipment.
